We will be transporting heavy props, two televisions, into the attic of our shooting location so we need to ensure the movement is done properly and there isn’t chance of injury while handling them. Ensuring there are no obstructions which could cause a hindarance while moving is vital in order to ensure safety.

With regards to our camera setup, we aren’t utilising a Tripod with the DSLR so that means the handling of the camera needs to be careful so not to damage the expensive equipment.

Focus Forward:

If further shoots are needed for the production of our Digipack, and they occur in more high-risk environments, a risk assessment will be needed. They are incredible useful in order to keep our production safe and avoid potential incidents which will not only cause a loss of time but create more difficulty in finalising the product.

Production Meeting Agenda for Digipack Shoot

Below is the Production Meeting Agenda we created in order to ensure we had organised effectively before our shoot for our Digipack. Not only does this assist us in establishing what we actually need but also who will be responsible for this. This massively reduces the risk of forgotten props or costume for instance. This will ensure our shoot goes smoothly and isn’t delayed or even cancelled if the correct mise en scene isn’t available to be utilised.

This task will undoubtedly come in useful when we do our shoot and also means that we can set ourselves a clear deadline for when we need to acquire the mise en scene for.
